I believe it’s important to ensure my clients feel safe, heard and understood, no matter their identity.

Aside from having decades of experience, I am patient, calming and kind.

I like to go over things throughout the lesson to make sure the technique, process or product is understood. Why that technique? Why that product/tool? What will it do, or not do, for them individually.

When people understand the why, they retain the information better, and the process isn’t as intimidating.
